Heather Hambrick

With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Heather Hambrick has been active in the Medicare field since 2005.

She previously oversaw various operational functions in Medicare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), benefit integrity and government contract work. She has successfully launched and managed multiple regional operations centers and implemented pharmacy benefits initiatives for more than 100 health plan and employer clients.

Following her work with PBMs, Heather helped develop and manage a direct relationship with CMS for the Coverage Gap Discount Program appeals. In this role, she created processes and technical solutions for timely appeals, expert reviews, ad hoc and routine reporting to CMS. The procedures, tracking, and executive dashboards aligned with URAC accreditation initiatives and corporate quality and compliance goals.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas where she graduated cum laude and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management.
