EXPERTISE

As a pharmacist, Julayna brings real-world expertise to clients on managing their pharmacy benefit. She has over 20 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management helping clients develop pharmacy strategies for improving health outcomes and lower costs. Julayna was with a major PBM for 15 years where she had a variety of roles including product development, clinical sales and account management leadership. She was the author of the Drug Trend Report and has spoken at numerous industry events. Julayna was also at a Medicaid Health Plan for almost three years working on the country’s largest managed Medicaid programs. She has experience working with employers, health plans and government plans.

At Lockton, she oversees the national pharmacy analytics team that works with clients to evaluate pharmacy performance, contracts, and opportunities. She works with clients and teams developing strategies for employers and health plans to efficiently manage their pharmacy benefit while improving the health of their population.
